Iqra Quran Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: October 2026

Welcome to Iqra Quran. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Iqra Quran website, student accounts, online courses, live classes, learning materials, teacher services, payment services, and related educational features.

By creating an account, enrolling in a course, booking a class, making a payment, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

For students who are minors, registration and use of the service must be authorized and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

1. About Iqra Quran

Iqra Quran provides online Quranic and Islamic education to students in different countries. Programs may include Quran reading, Noorani Qaida, Tajweed, Hifz-ul-Quran, Islamic Studies, Deeniyat, Ijazah programs, weekend Islamic classes, and other related educational services.

Classes may be delivered through live online sessions, recorded or digital learning materials, assignments, quizzes, assessments, and other online educational tools.

2. Student Accounts

Students may be required to create an account in order to enroll in courses, access classes, view learning materials, communicate with teachers, track progress, or use the student dashboard.

Students are responsible for providing accurate and current information during registration.

Account credentials must be kept confidential and should not be shared with other persons.

Iqra Quran may suspend or restrict an account where there is suspected misuse, unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or a material breach of these Terms.

3. Students Under 18

Where a student is under the age of 18, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for creating or approving the account and for supervising the student’s participation.

The parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring that the child uses the platform appropriately, attends classes as scheduled, and complies with the applicable course and teacher requirements.

Communication concerning young students may be directed to the registered parent or guardian.

4. Course Enrollment

Access to a course is provided after the applicable registration, enrollment, approval, or payment requirements have been completed.

Enrollment in one course does not automatically provide access to other courses.

Course availability, class schedules, teachers, duration, lesson plans, and learning materials may vary depending on the program selected.

Iqra Quran may reasonably update course content or structure to improve the educational experience.

5. Fees and Payments

Course fees will be displayed before enrollment or communicated to the student or parent.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Students and parents are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate and that sufficient funds are available when payment is due.

Where a course is offered on a recurring subscription or installment basis, the applicable payment schedule will be communicated before enrollment.

Fees may vary depending on class duration, teacher level, course type, individual or group instruction, and other educational requirements.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the course, the timing of the cancellation, whether classes have already been delivered, and any specific refund conditions shown at the time of purchase.

Where a refund is approved, any payment-processing fees that cannot be recovered from the payment provider may be deducted where permitted.

No refund will normally be provided for classes that have already been completed.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund or consumer rights that may apply under the laws applicable to the student.

7. Class Scheduling

Students are expected to attend scheduled classes on time.

Class schedules are normally agreed between Iqra Quran, the teacher, and the student or parent.

Students should provide reasonable notice when requesting a schedule change.

Repeated schedule changes may be subject to availability and may not always be accommodated.

8. Missed Classes

If a student is unable to attend a class, advance notice should be provided whenever reasonably possible.

A class missed without sufficient notice may be treated as completed and may not qualify for replacement or refund.

If a teacher is unavailable or Iqra Quran cancels a scheduled class, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange a replacement class, substitute teacher, or alternative schedule.

9. Teacher Assignment and Substitution

Iqra Quran seeks to assign suitable qualified teachers according to the student’s selected course, level, language requirements, and availability.

A particular teacher cannot always be guaranteed.

Iqra Quran may change or substitute a teacher when necessary because of availability, illness, scheduling requirements, quality considerations, operational needs, or other reasonable circumstances.

10. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during all classes and communications.

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, fraudulent, disruptive, or otherwise unacceptable behavior is prohibited.

Students must not misuse teacher contact details, harass teachers, attempt unauthorized access to the platform, distribute harmful software, or interfere with other students’ learning.

Serious or repeated misconduct may result in suspension or termination of access.

11. Online Class Environment

Students should attend classes from a suitable environment with reliable internet access, working audio equipment, and any required learning materials.

Parents or guardians should provide appropriate supervision for younger students.

Iqra Quran is not responsible for interruptions caused by the student’s internet connection, device, electricity supply, or other technical conditions outside Iqra Quran’s reasonable control.

12. Learning Progress

Student progress may vary depending on attendance, age, effort, prior knowledge, individual ability, teacher recommendations, practice outside class, and course difficulty.

Iqra Quran does not guarantee that every student will complete a course within a specific period or achieve a particular academic, memorization, examination, certification, or religious-learning outcome.

13. Hifz Programs

For students enrolled specifically in Hifz programs, teachers may track memorization, revision, Surah or Juz progress, accuracy, fluency, Tajweed, and other learning indicators.

Hifz progress records are educational indicators and may be adjusted by teachers according to the student’s actual performance.

Hifz-specific information will only be relevant to students enrolled in an applicable Hifz course.

14. Assessments and Certificates

Courses may include quizzes, oral assessments, assignments, teacher evaluations, or progress reviews.

Certificates may be issued where the applicable course requirements have been completed.

The availability and type of certificate depend on the relevant program.

Participation in a course does not automatically guarantee certification.

15. Ijazah Programs

Admission to an Ijazah program may require assessment and approval by a qualified teacher.

Completion depends on the student’s recitation standard, accuracy, continuity, attendance, teacher assessment, and satisfaction of the applicable scholarly requirements.

Enrollment alone does not guarantee that an Ijazah will be issued.

16. Class Recordings

Certain classes may be recorded for educational, quality assurance, safeguarding, teacher training, or administrative purposes where appropriate.

Where recordings involve minors or identifiable participants, Iqra Quran will seek to manage such recordings responsibly and in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.

Students must not independently record, publish, stream, distribute, or commercially exploit classes without authorization.

17. Educational Materials and Intellectual Property

Course content, worksheets, lesson plans, videos, graphics, assessments, website content, branding, and other materials provided by Iqra Quran remain the property of Iqra Quran or their respective owners.

Students receive a limited right to use such materials for their personal educational purposes.

Materials must not be copied, resold, publicly distributed, uploaded to other platforms, or used commercially without written permission.

18. Third-Party Services

Iqra Quran may use third-party services for video conferencing, payments, email, hosting, learning management, analytics, or communications.

Use of such services may also be subject to the respective provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Iqra Quran is not responsible for service interruptions or failures that are solely caused by independent third-party providers.

19. Privacy and Personal Data

Personal information is handled according to the Iqra Quran Privacy Policy.

Information may be used for account administration, course delivery, teacher assignment, student support, payments, progress tracking, safeguarding, communications, and improvement of educational services.

Parents and students should review the Privacy Policy before registering.

20. Communications

By registering, students or parents agree to receive service-related communications such as enrollment confirmations, class reminders, schedule changes, payment information, course notices, security messages, and important administrative updates.

Marketing communications will be handled separately where required.

21. Account Suspension or Termination

Iqra Quran may suspend or terminate access where there is serious misconduct, fraudulent payment activity, abusive behavior, repeated violation of platform rules, unauthorized distribution of materials, security abuse, or another material breach of these Terms.

Where reasonably possible, students or parents may be contacted before permanent termination.

22. Availability of Services

Iqra Quran aims to maintain reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Temporary disruption may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, hosting issues, third-party outages, security events, teacher availability, emergencies, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

23. Limitation of Liability

Iqra Quran will provide its educational services with reasonable care.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Iqra Quran will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from matters outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

24. International Students

Iqra Quran serves students internationally.

Students and parents are responsible for ensuring that use of the service is permitted in their location.

Where mandatory local consumer, privacy, safeguarding, or other legal protections apply, those rights are not waived by these Terms.

25. Changes to These Terms

Iqra Quran may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, courses, technology, payment methods, or operational requirements.

The latest version will be published on the website with an updated effective date.

Material changes may also be communicated to registered users where appropriate.
